Approximately 75mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 2-4 minutes.

This tea’s aftertaste was particularly satisfying to me. For context, in black tea I love when a tea can be strong and astringent* enough to feel a little pull inside my mouth. (*malty? not sure which word is right here)
