Culinary Matcha is a bit more vegetal and dry, great for cooking and baking, lattes, while still delicious in classic whisked format as well.

Ceremonial Matcha is on the sweeter side with more depth and nuance of flavor. This is the favorite pick for folks who prefer a classic whisked matcha with nothing added, though it does take honey beautifully!
