Snow Dragon, or Xue Long, is a fascinating tea hailing from a small farm in Fujian, China. This gorgeous leaf is an interesting hybrid approach: a heritage white tea cultivar processed through a gentle roasted green tea method. The resulting tea is one with silky silver tips (the "snow" in question), a delicate pan-fry (similar to Dragonwell green tea), pale champagne hue, and the aroma and flavor of young spring legume with an apricot twist.

Delicate and ephemeral, we'll only get a few kilos of this leaf annually after the early Spring harvest. Enjoy while it lasts!
