Friday Afternoon Tea
A gentle herbal remedy for congested and runny sinuses with built-in immune support. Try it with honey and lemon for sore throats, or drink it any time for a delicious decaf tisane.
Ingredients: Lemon peel, ginger, peppermint, spearmint, elderflower

To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit.
