She slips through the waves, silent and silky as moonlight. Free. She is free again. The feel of her deep sea home is a song on her skin, and she celebrates in barrel rolls and night-bathing on the rocky shore.

A joyful cup of sparkling night love in tart blackberries and buttery mulberry leaf. An ode to the soft and the silky and the shine of water beading on hair. A smooth, sweet white tea breath between waves, with just a touch of melancholic ginkgo memory kiss: one wistful glance at the shoreline.

Ingredients: White tea, mulberry leaf, blackberry, ginkgo, silver lustre dust*, natural vegan cream flavoring

     *Silver lustre dust contains:  mica, titanium dioxide (E171), Yellow 6 lake (E110), Blue 2 lake (E132)

Approximately 75mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 3-5 min

Mythical Teas - Sealskin

as always, an interesting blend of things that are mild and goes well with books (well, okay, almost all teas go well with books). It has a pleasant and distinctive aroma that I cannot quite place.

Glorious

This is one of those seasonal blends I wait for with breathless anticipation. It’s got a little of everything without any one ingredient taking over. There’s a hint of fruit, rich creaminess, a buttery-yet-vegetal flavor that’s sort of reminiscent of milky oolong, and subtle sweetness that never veers into dessert territory (though it handles both sugar and honey well). The glitter makes it feel extra magical! It’s my go-to blend when I can’t decide what I want amongst the 20 other Friday teas in my stash.
