Hurry up and grab your coffee! The air smells like spices and the mermaid show is about to start! I can hardly wait to hear the music soaring through the cold winter night. Can't you just feel it in your veins? The night's cup is a dirty chai with a juicy slant and magic around every corner. I'm so glad to share it with you.

Ingredients: Roasted coffee beans, apple, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, elderberry, hibiscus, spicy ginger, puer (aged tea), mermaid tail sprinkles*

Approximately 40mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 4-6 min

Patiently waiting for the Night Market to reopen

I didn't taste the coffee as much once we brewed the tea, but prior to brewing it certainly smelled great. Once brewed it tasted a lot like chai and didn't really need any extra milk or sweetener. Very pleased but also sad I didn't order more. Altogether lovely. Thank you !

Lovely spin on dirty chai

Perfect with a dab of honey to play up spices and apple - the apple note is such a wonderful, delicious surprise! On re-steep the coffee is less dominant, letting the spices shine.
