Lemon Ginger Echinacea
An excellent all-purpose cold care tea to boost the immune system and speed up recovery.
Ingredients: Lemon peel, ginger root, echinacea leaf and stem
0mg of caffeine per cup
To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 190°F and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit, but may taste bitter.
