Ingredients: Darjeeling black tea, crushed roasted coffee beans, black peppercorn, chrysanthemum flowers
Approximately 85mg of caffeine per cup
Steep at 195° F or 90.6°C for 3-5 min
Dry tea smells almost the same as Coffee Kisses, but unlike the latter which is expectedly smooth, malty and straightforward, this one is VERY floral-forward. I mean, I guess I should've expected that since it does use Darjeeling as the base (which is has more promiment floral notes than other black tea) and it has chrysanthemums. It has a slightly cleaner (or maybe thinner) taste than CK as well but there's an underlying grassy note that is sort of jarring in the whole experience. Didn't detect much peppercorn presence either. My first brew out of this was a latte so maybe that was the wrong move, but I'm not too inclined to try this straight honestly.
