A rich, smooth Chinese black tea with a profile reminiscent of roasted sweet potato, honey and topsoil. This rolled leaf is said to look like little snails, and as the tea infuses, the tiny snails poke their heads out! Brew over and over, up to 15 infusions easily per serving! One of our top sellers, and a truly exquisite example of the gorgeous quality being produced by our partners, the Lin family farm in Anxi, Fujian.

Ingredients: Black tea

Approximately 85mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 2-4 minutes.

😍

This is absolutely divine! So smooth, no bitterness that some other black teas have. The first waft of the steam coming from the cup absolutely made me want to make baked sweet potatoes tonight, that note was spot on!! Will order again, and again, and again!
