Friday Afternoon Tea
A rich, smooth Chinese black tea with a profile reminiscent of roasted sweet potato, honey and topsoil. This rolled leaf is said to look like little snails, and as the tea infuses, the tiny snails poke their heads out! Brew over and over, up to 15 infusions easily per serving! Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 2-4 minutes.
