Scottish Breakfast

Most versions are made of shredded bits of tea. They brew up super fast, easily go to bitter, and aren't re-steepable at all. This? Hefty leaf, strong with that signature malty flavor profile. Let the water pause for just a second or two and a normal steep won't be bitter. And I get a really satisfying second steep off of it. Holds up well in a travel mug. Lovely with a touch of honey, or with milk and sweetner, but excellent straight. Definitely my favorite workaday tea and a solid recurring cozy tea for rainy days.
