Oops! Roasted Yaupon with Elderflower!

Due to a happy accident at the warehouse*, we now have a batch of caramelized yaupon holly leaf with the delicately sweet touch of elderflower. A perfectly dreamy combination, but not what we meant to do...help us clear it out and prevent a wasted batch?

*That's right, Frankie, I refuse to title this "Frankie's Shame" as requested, it's actually my new fave, so there.

Ingredients: Yaupon Holly, elderflower

Approximately 80mg of caffeine per cup

Steep at 190° F or 87.8°C for 3-5 minutes
