This visually stunning and aromatic blend of black and white tea was inspired by (and created in collaboration with) local author/illustrator duo Valerie Bentivegna and Valentina Ferro and their beautiful book Inking Science. Pragmatic gardeny leaf holds up rich orange and bright lemon, all tied together and offset pleasingly by a delicate bite of ginger. Ingredients: White tea, black tea, orange peel, ginger root, elderflower, natural lemon flavoring

Steep at 185° F or 85°C for 3-5 min
