Friday Afternoon Tea
Dorian Gray
Dorian Gray
This blend is available 9/1-12/3 in our Autumn fandom rotation!
How does he stay so young? This blend is as dark and indulgent as the Oscar Wilde character after whom it is named. You will find this tea a complex and full-bodied blend, excellent for multiple steepings! A little wicked Victorian hedonism for the horror literature fan.
Ingredients: Pu-er black tea, green tea, ginger root, blue cornflower
Approximately 65mg of caffeine per cup
Steep at 212° F or 100°C for 3-5 minutes.

I don't know how else to describe it. I got the idea of a foggy London street. A damp tang in the air. The smell of wet pavement. Not a 'happy' tea - but very good. I never add milk and sugar so I breathe in the scent when I drink it. I enjoyed this very much.
I'm just fascinated with this entire endeavor. This website is just amazing. Even if you don't choose THIS tea. You will find something you love here.
