Ingredients: Rooibos, orange peel, lemon verbena, rose, lavender
0mg of caffeine per cup
To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F or 85°C and allow to steep for at least two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit.

This is my mom’s favorite tea. She has it every morning 🫖
This is a delicious herbal tea. I'm not sure it really quiets my mind but that's ok. Brewing/drinking a cup feels like a nice thing I've done for myself. I drink it hot and cold with a little maple syrup and sometimes oat milk.
This tea is as delicious as it is relaxing. I followed the brewing directions and steeped for 5 minutes. I added a little honey for some sweetness. The flavors are perfectly balanced and it is the perfect tea to end a stressful day. Highly recommend!
